  • How long does it take to receive a portable building?

    This can vary from customer to customer, but please check with your local dealer for estimated delivery times!

    Requirements pertaining to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants vary from city to state. 


    You may need to contact your local government agencies to find out what you will need or get help from your  Cornerstone Dealer!


     If you live in a community that is part of a home owners association be sure to find out what rules and regulations they have regarding portable storage buildings.

  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for delivery?

    You will need the space, clear access for the delivery drivers and your delivery driver will inform you in advance of any materials that may be needed for your style building. 


    Please have them on location when the building arrives.

  • What kind of maintenance is there for a portable building?

    We use the highest quality treated materials in the construction of all of our builds! 


    However, with wood materials, routine maintenance is recommended to extend the life of your building style.
